Creative COLLECTIVE Terms

The Brandi Moore Agency Creative Collective (“Collective”) is a curated listing designed to highlight creatives and talent within the BMA community. Inclusion in the Collective is application-based and subject to review and approval by BMA.

No Guarantee of Approval or Opportunities

Submission to the Creative Collective does not guarantee:

  • Approval or inclusion in the Collective

  • Visibility to clients or brands

  • Job opportunities, bookings, or paid work

  • Representation or agency services

All listings are curated at BMA’s discretion.

No Representation or Employment

Inclusion in the Creative Collective does not constitute:

  • Exclusive or non-exclusive representation

  • Management or agency services

  • Employment or contractor relationships

Creatives remain fully independent and responsible for their own business affairs.

Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information submitted for the Collective is accurate and up to date. BMA is not responsible for errors, outdated materials, or misrepresentations provided by applicants.

Use of Content

By applying, you grant BMA permission to display your name, likeness, portfolio links, and submitted materials for promotional and directory purposes. You retain ownership of your work.

Removal or Updates

BMA reserves the right to:

  • Update Directory listings

  • Remove listings at any time

  • Request updated materials

Removal does not entitle the applicant to a refund or compensation.

Fees

Any Directory-related fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
