2. Eligibility

3. Subscriptions & Memberships
Some areas of the Site require a paid subscription or membership.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
4. Payments & Refunds
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings:
All sales are final unless otherwise stated
No refunds are issued for unused time, missed sessions, or partial subscription periods
BMA reserves the right to update pricing at any time, with notice where required
5. No Guarantees or Outcomes
BMA provides guidance, support, and access — not guaranteed results.
We do not guarantee:
Employment, bookings, or income
Representation by agencies or brands
Specific career outcomes or placements
All decisions, actions, and results remain the sole responsibility of the user.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Use the Site respectfully and lawfully
Not share, resell, or distribute paid content or access
Not misrepresent your relationship with BMA
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
