Clients and creatives retain full control of their careers, negotiations, and decisions. Our role is to support, coordinate, and simplify, not to manage or represent.

Service Fees & Structure - How Our Service Fees Work

Brandi Moore Agency operates on a non-exclusive, project-based model and does not offer representation or commission-based services.

For certain bookings and projects, we charge a transparent service fee to cover coordination, administrative support, communication, and project oversight. This fee functions similarly to platform or facilitation fees used by companies and is always disclosed in advance. Service fees are tied to the support provided and do not imply representation, exclusivity, or ownership of a creative’s work or earnings.

  • Our service fee covers the time, coordination, and behind-the-scenes work that go into each project, including scheduling, communication, invoicing, logistics, and overall oversight. This structure allows us to offer hands-on, flexible support without operating as a traditional agent. A portion of every payment is reinvested into Creative Access, helping us grow and strengthen the BMA community.

  • Service fees generally range from 10% to 20%, depending on the level of support involved:

    • 10% for light coordination or introductions

    • 15% for booking facilitation and administrative support

    • Up to 20% for full project oversight

    All fees are communicated before work begins.

  • No. We do not collect commissions, and we do not represent creatives. Our service fee is tied to the services we provide, not to ownership of work or representation rights.

  • Traditional agencies typically require exclusivity and earn commissions based on representation. Brandi Moore Agency operates on a non-exclusive basis, offers project-based support, and charges transparent service fees instead.

  • Pricing is determined by the scope of each service and is always communicated in advance.

    Individualized services are billed at the listed price. If a service includes communication with third parties or temporary representation on your behalf, that support is already included in the service fee.

  • No. All services are non-exclusive. You are free to work with agents, managers, or other partners at any time.

  • Yes. We often support represented artists, working collaboratively and transparently with existing teams when appropriate.

  • We provide guidance and support; we do not act as an agent of record. Final negotiations and decisions always remain with the creative and/or their legal representatives.

  • Yes, many offerings. Consulting sessions, mentorships, memberships, and educational services are priced at flat rates or on a package basis.

  • That’s completely fine! Our services are designed for one-off projects as well as ongoing support, with no long-term commitments.
