Brandi Moore Agency – Membership Terms

These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern participation in the Brandi Moore Agency Membership program (“Membership”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Membership offered by Brandi Moore Agency (“BMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the Membership.
Membership Overview
The Brandi Moore Agency Membership is a subscription-based program designed to provide creatives, talent, and industry professionals with access to curated resources, community features, educational content, and select member-only benefits.
Membership does not constitute representation, management, employment, or agency services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:
Access to members-only blog content, resources, and updates
Invitations to community discussions, highlights, or features
Early access to select offerings, tools, or initiatives
Eligibility for member-only discounts on BMA services
Access to curated creative, educational, or industry materials
Benefits may vary by membership tier and are subject to change at BMA’s discretion.
No Guarantee of Work or Representation
Membership does not guarantee:
Job placements
Paid opportunities
Representation or agency signing
Inclusion in the Creative Directory
Client introductions or bookings
All opportunities, features, or collaborations are discretionary and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Fees & Billing
Membership fees are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
All fees are charged in advance
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
Promotional pricing, referral credits, or discounts apply only for the stated duration and do not renew automatically unless specified
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information to avoid interruptions in access.
Renewal & Cancellation
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings
Upon cancellation, access will remain active through the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time
Unused credits are not transferable and will remain available through the end of the current billing period.
Community Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully within all BMA community spaces.
You agree not to:
Harass, discriminate, or abuse other members
Share confidential, private, or proprietary information including information shared on the Members Only platform
Use the community for unsolicited promotions, spam, or recruitment without permission
Misrepresent your affiliation with BMA or other members
BMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership access for violations without refund.
Intellectual Property
All Membership content, materials, branding, and resources provided by BMA are the intellectual property of Brandi Moore Agency unless otherwise stated.
Members may not:
Copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce content
Share members-only materials publicly or with non-members
Use BMA materials for commercial purposes without written permission
Modifications to Membership
BMA reserves the right to:
Update Membership benefits
Adjust pricing for future billing cycles
Modify or discontinue features
Update these Membership Terms
Any material changes will be communicated via email or the website.
Termination
BMA may suspend or terminate Membership access at its discretion if a Member:
Violates these terms
Engages in harmful or unethical conduct
Misuses BMA platforms or resources
Termination does not entitle the Member to a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Membership participation is provided on an “as-is” basis. BMA is not responsible for:
Business outcomes
Financial losses
Missed opportunities
Decisions made based on Membership content
You assume full responsibility for how you use information and resources provided.
Governing Law
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
