  • A: An Initial Intake Call is a short, high-level conversation designed to explore fit and determine next steps. It’s an opportunity to learn how BMA works and to identify which services—if any—are the right fit for your goals.

  • A: An Initial Intake Call may include:

    • A high-level discussion of your goals and needs

    • An overview of relevant BMA services

    • General industry insight

    • Verbal guidance on possible next steps

  • A: Initial Intake Calls do not include:

    • Portfolio or website review

    • Creative or brand feedback

    • Strategic planning or coaching

    • Submissions, introductions, or representation

    • Deliverables, follow-up notes, or resources

    If deeper feedback or hands-on support is needed, we’ll recommend the appropriate service.

    The Initial Intake Call is not a consultation and does not include strategy, guidance, troubleshooting, or answers to questions that fall within paid services.

    Its purpose is solely to gather background information and determine which services, if any, may be appropriate. All advice, recommendations, and support are provided only through booked services.

  • A: Initial Intake Calls are 15–20 minutes and are held as a call only.
    We do not screen share or review materials during this time.

  • A: Initial Intake Calls are included as a benefit for active BMA Members (with limits).

    For non-members, the Initial Intake Call is not a consultation and does not include strategy, guidance, troubleshooting, or answers to questions that fall within paid services.

    Calls are available for $50. If you decide to become a Member, your payment will be credited toward your Membership fee or any BMA Service you choose within 7 days of your initial call.

  • A: Yes. The $50 Intro Call fee may be credited toward your Membership or any BMA Services of your choice within 7 days of your call.

  • A: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an Initial Intake Call.

    Cancellations within 24 hours or missed calls are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

    This policy helps us protect time and availability for all creatives.

  • A: If you’re seeking portfolio feedback, strategic guidance, submissions, or execution support, an Initial Intake Call may not be the right fit. We’re happy to recommend the appropriate service during your call or via email.
